01 ONSEN POOLS
RECOMMENDED TIME 30MINS-45MINS
At Soak House Adelaide we hold 2 traditional, Japanese onsens that are enriched with magnesium and minerals to benefit your health and wellbeing.

02 ICE BATH
RECOMMENDED TIME 2-3MINS (OR MORE IF YOU'RE UP FOR THE CHALLENGE!)
Plunge in our Ice Bath if you dare!! The health benefits of an ice bath are AMAZING for your mental and physical wellbeing. Just spending 2 mins in an ice bath can:
